How to delete your Coact account

The fastest way is in the app: open your Profile, tap ☰ → Settings → Delete account, and confirm with your password. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Can't access the app? Email help@getcoact.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address your account is registered under — that's how we verify it's really you. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile, photo, bio, and settings
• Your challenges, check-ins, and check-in photos
• Your posts, stories, and captions
• Your direct messages, friends, follows, and blocks
• Your XP, points, ranks, badges, and battle pass progress

What we may keep, and for how long

• Records connected to open safety reports or legal obligations — until resolved, up to 2 years
• Residual copies in encrypted backups — purged on a rolling basis within ~30 days

If you only joined the website waitlist, the same email gets your address removed. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
